1. Service Agreement

By accessing and using the Zoro Platform (including our website and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our platform facilitates on-demand delivery services connecting customers, stores, and independent delivery partners. The platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3. Delivery & Payments

Payments for orders are processed through our secure platform. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and other external factors. Cancellation policies apply as detailed in the mobile application's customer support.

4. Liability

Zoro Platform acts as a facilitator. While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products purchased from third-party stores on our platform.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Device Permissions & Location Services

To facilitate accurate and real-time delivery routing and order tracking, the Zoro applications utilize device location permissions. We collect and process precise GPS location coordinates only when the application is actively running in the foreground (open and visible on your screen). Background location collection is completely disabled and is never utilized. If you deny location permissions, some core functionalities of the platform (such as address selection and live tracking) may not function correctly.
